Fairways just arranged for us to have a pergola fitted. They act as an agent for a local company. Really great job with guarantee. It cost us 760euro and includes a heavy duty plastic cover for storage. You have to pay the whole cost up front but we were happy wth that as Fairways had shown us one that had already been fitted on an upstairs pergola so we knew what we were getting. Everything was done when they said it would be and there was no mess or fuss.
You can get the metal covers that fit over the cover when it's closed which we were told by everyone we got quotes from would be quite expensive (300euros +) but as it is windy on the upstairs terrace that can catch the cover making it quite noisy. The soft cover is better as you can tie it up when its closed so it doesn't get caught by the wind which cuts down on the noise.
