Who is responsible

Who do I contact regarding a problem with the water to my bathroom basin. The water pressure to everywhere else is ok but here it is just a trickle and is impossible to use. Am coming out next week and would love it sorted.

Your tap may not be turned on fully?

Also if it was not reported on your snagging you may have to fix it yourself.

Silly as it may sound, have you take the end of the nozzle off to see if "bits" (grit) have come through the pipework and blocked the end of  the tap. If the rest are working OK this may be the problem, one of our taps did not work at all and this was why.

I had same problem.  Ted H came round and pushed in and turned a knob in the bathroom high up on the wall behind the door - hey presto, it worked.  He does use this forum so may see this and respond himself.  Arlene
