Court extends UK signing at Notaries to the Friday 30 April

Hi All,

Due to the unsual circumstances caused by the volcano, the court are permiting the signing at notaries to continue until the 30April. Any documents signed up to and including that date are going to be scanned & emailed to the court, who will accept them as they will know that the original documents are in the post to them.

I hope that this will be of help to those who wish to accept the agreement but have not yet been able to do so. I would also like to inform you that some purchasers are having problems with their POA, due to giving it via notraires in the UK and the correct documentation not being with their solicitor in Spain. Please check that your solicitor has the correct documentation/authoristation to act on you behalf and if not you will have next week to act for your self.
