Hi i am Smokey Block Two, Just to let you know i am in full support in any action you can make on our situation so please let me know if i can be of any help. For your infomation i contacted my selling agent Paradore Propertys about the lack of a fully fitted kitchen and other items in the bathrooms and there response was that on checking the builders contract it never said these item were included so they would be extras. My respons to that was why ten did your selling agent on site say this as in fact he hade said that what you could see you got a luxuary appartment that was why the cost of the propertys were above that of normal appartments and of course its closness to the sea. Hi All My name is smokey, My kitchen is the same as all the others a complete joke i consider that the builder has taken us for a ride and that we should all pledge money to take the company to court it is time we showed that we are not going to have our hard worked savings thrown away by a money grabing builder.  I must point out that not all people have computers and are unaware that others are having the same problems and it may be a good idear to mail all 250 flats at least they will have the chance to respond to a cenntral point. regards smokey block 5

Hi all, Mt name is Brian on the 14th November i signed for my appartment in Block 2 and like most people was disapointed with the kitchen area, and have made known my disatisfaction with its lack of fitments. however during my stay when visiting theappartment two days later sombody had smashed the lock of the main block 2 entrance door when we asked the security lodge what had taken place he said that one Flat had been let as aholiday let and fhey had not been given a door key to the main door so they smashed the lock of My question is does this mean that any form of action like this we pay for out of comunity charges  because i feel that whoever lets there property is responsible for any damaged caused by there lets. Ibeleve that security in any case should have taken the peoples names and flat no.
