We had an arrangement with an Electrician to sort our appartment out, he let me down at the last minute, so will not pass his name on. However if you go to the Roda technical site office they will put you in touch with the company that is doing all the second fix work, they charge 25 E per hour .. thats about E100 for a two bed appartment... They are reliable and efficient. .. You will have to purchase the lights... Regards Paul
