My wife and I are joint owners of our apt in Phase1.

My wife has just received a IBI tax bill solely in her name for IBI tax for the years 2007,2008 and 2009, which is around 360 euros per year.

Can anyone advise if we are billed separately and if I should expect to receive a bill also?

Although my apartment in phase 1 has been empty for a few months I am still receiving bills for gas,electricity and  water.
I have spoken to our administrator and he tells me we each have individual meters for these services.
Can anyone tell me if there is a basic standing charge regardless of usage and also if it is possible to access our own meters to take readings?
