Thanks for the offer Rob.  I think i am sorted now as the licience has been issued.  I plan to complete towards the end of March.  Any advice on where to get a good deal on a furniture package?

We have contacted michelle at michelle@rnahomedecor.com in estepona on the recommendation of some people on the forum.  Haven`t actually been over yet but the service and detail provided seems to be 1st class aso far. Very efficient. We are completing now in phase 3. Hope to see you there some time.

I used ' Imperials '  for furniture, they have a large store and showroom  in

La Canada Shopping Centre, Marbella - it's on costal road...

They have alot of choice and have good sales too.. you can buy a package

or individual,  i picked all mine and only spent 7500 euro's some [packages were 15,000...
