Hi,

I completed last month and had viewed the apartment before hand.  As there was no services connected we could not check appliances etc.. My lawyer got an agreement from the developer that we could complete our snag list the next time we were back in Spain (towards the end of the summer).  I have kept the e-mail communication just in case!!

Does anyone know of second hand furniture supplies near Estepona.  My experience from furnishing property in the UK is that you normally can get very good quality second had furniture from charity shops.  This way you save money and help a charity in the process.  Given the amount of buying and selling of property on the Costa Del Sol I would think there should be good qulity second hand furniture available.
