Registering as a creditor in the Trampolin Hills administration debacle!

Is there anyone who could help us try and register as a creditor in the administration of Trampolin Hills?

We have tried once unsuccessfully to register our interest to an address Axa in Murcia before the 2 December deadline,  unfortunately our documentation has been returned to sender today without any advices.

As we live in the North of England, we feel completely detached from the administration saga and one spanish solicitor recommended by the agent who introduced us to Martha Gonzales, has surprisingly shown no interest in pursuing our interests as originally promised.

If anyone can give us any help or recommend a reliable spanish solicitor, we would be very appreciative.

lyla77's previous posts were highlighted to Justin previously and removed as spam, so I would take any 'independent recommendation' of a solicitor with a large spoonful of salt!

I am a Spanish girl who has bought several houses on Trampolin Hills (in Campos del Rio).
Me and several buyers are fighting to recuperate our money (100%, or our house).

Sorry by my english, I will try to explain you the situation.

The situation is very bad, as you Know.Trampolin is in bankruptcy protection ("concurso de acreedores", suspension of payments), from November 2, 2009.

We had one month to submit the debt owed us Trampolin (deadline December 2, 2009).

It is likely that the March 3, 2010 published the report judicial.This report judicial show the asset (property) and liabilities (debts) that has Trampolin.

We are 2000 buyers,more or less.We deliver 53 million euros as advances for home purchase.
This money has dessapear, Trampolin says thas this money it was invested (advertising, purchasing and land title deed, commissions etc).

Since there is no money in springboard land were auctioned to repay the money.
(if the lands are of Trampolin ..)

If land auction we will see only a small percentage of our money.

we are fighting to prevent this happening.

I want all my money or my houses!!

So We are joining all the buyers for speak with the judges who carrying the case.
The problem is that we have be united all, we are about 2000, in this moment only have united about 300, we have to try to contact with all buyers (as we can).
So if you know some buyer please say him this or give them my email to inform.

In Spain we are mobilizing, meeting and talking with the media.

But we are 300, we need to be all united, otherwise probably lose our money.

I believe that some Trampolins Hills 'customers' have been trying, uncucessfully, to get in direct contact with the three partners of Grupo Trampolin - Antonio Martinez, Rafael Aguilera and Ronald Mans.

As another victim  of these bandits, I am happy to pass on the information that they all live, either full or part time, at another Trampolin site (the houses actually got built on this one), -Residencia El Trampolin situated just off the C3319 which runs from the AP7 exit number 782 (San Javier) to the A30 motorway.

Antonio Martinez - lives at number 35 - if he has used any more colours of paint on the house it would be a rainbow.

Rafael Aguilera at number 31 (he also has a garage, disguised as a house, where he is thought to keeep his expensive cars -number 135.

Ronald Mans - number 79 - the largest house on the urbanisation.

If you want to see where at least some of your money now lives then you now know where to look. I understand that the houses are probably not registered in their names but rather of their girl friends - no surprise there then.

To enter the site - come off the C3319 approximately 15km from San Javier, take the service road (still going in the direction of Murcia) the entrance is about 1 km on the right.

well done Whisleblower, i have heard that Antonio Martinez has has had  2 gun men after him at his house to kill him, don't know how much this is true? if anyone lives near him they will know.maybe people have had enough and are going to make them pay!!

While we must focus on finding solutions within the bankruptcy framework, alongside a noise and publicly denounce the media, politicians and other agencies, is good for us.

Although we have been cheated Trampolin (or "mismanaged" our money), we must not forget that thanks to poor control of the government has allowed all this that we are living now.

Have been sold to private property without due administrative authorizations (HAVE ALLOWED TO SELL WITHOUT VALID LICENSE AND NO GUARANTEES). And all this has enabled massively advertised, hence it has affected both distributed throughout Spain and outside Spain. ( 2000!! over 50 million EURO!)

So they are as guilty as each other.

In fact, this it was said iN 2008 IN AN ORDER OF THE JUDGE  Jose Miñarro Garcia:

A judge feared a possible "massive damage" to home buyers at Trampolin Hills Campos del Rio.

Warns that the 'resort' of 2575 homes, almost all sold, could not get to be licensed and that the City would have to compensate buyers.

What the judge has to report is that the Consistory has been turning a blind eye to allow hundreds of houses were selling without permits. And, in the circumstances, if there were to harm the buyers, the municipality would have to answer for it economically.

(what happened to us, that after 5 years the soil is still not urbanized, we have lost our money, and the council when we bought told us that there was no problem, there is already a decision declaring jointly responsible for our lost the council, we've seen irregularities by the Administration since purchasing the homes, the incidents that are happening with buyers in Spain...)

We must do all buyers, because we are always the same people who sent letters and talked with the media ...

Also i have seen in a local paper that  the ex footballer Geoff Hurst is taking the English agent who sold him the land and earnt 80,000 Euros in commission to court in the UK. I was wondering if anyone had thought of going down this route as the agents knew that there was no licences in place and pocketed 20% in commission in my case 164,000 Euros  

TRAMPOLIN HILLS DENOUNCED IN BRUSSELS

The scandal of the Trampolin Hills in Campos del Rio has reached the European Union.  One of the unfortunate buyers denounced what he has called a case of fraud on an international level, in which 2,000 people, mainly Brits, Spaniards and Norwegians, have been left empty handed. The EU authorities and the European Parliament are now studying the case. They are extremely concerned about the urban irregularities and shock stories along the Spanish Mediterranean coast. 

The British EU MPs are outraged at the way many of their fellow citizens have been conned out of thousands of pounds. Trampolin Hills Golf Resort is at present looking for another investor. It sold 2,200 homes in the Campos del Rio project, obtaining 52 million euros, from future home owners who paid between 18,000 and 35,000 euros as a deposit. 
J. L. B. N, from Valencia, handed over 50,000 euros for a home which was going to cost 100,000 euros.  At the time it looked like a bargain.  However, it was the worst thing he could have done.  He handed over all his saving and is now living off the charity of relatives as he finds himself unemployed and unable to feed his three children. 
After being passed from office to office within the Spanish system he decided to send the case to Brussels, where it is now being studied.  Sources from the European Parliament believe the case will be followed up, especially if more people file similar complaints, and if a mixture of nationalities, including Brits, do so. 
Spain´s reputation for urbanistic irregularities is getting worse and worse, and buyers are getting put off paying any money for off plan homes.  At present 43 municipalities are under investigation for not respecting environmental laws when giving the go ahead to planned urbanisations. 

J. L. B. N. hopes other people who have been affected by the Trampolin Hills saga follow his lead and send their complaints to Brussels.  The process may be along one, but hopefully justice will win in the end.

The judicial report will be in the court from March 15.

But we're trying to get it before.

But we know that we are classified as "regular credits".
(Everybody doing business at our expense, nonprofit associations, Antonio the Gypsy, now also the "Concurso de Acreedores", they receive the money and we the rest (crumbs).
This is led to auction.
  The first million euro for, social security, Treasury etc and the rest for us ...
(the field is still not urban and auction as such a ridiculous price because is still not urban,.The most difficult is fact, be classified as developable, design and sale of houses)

Now if things are very bad and we lose money safely (most of) if we do not react.
That's the only thing that is clear about this.
More than 5 years of waiting to end like this?

What to do now?

A Proposal Concursal.It is a kind of collecting signatures for the obtaining of the Solares de Trampolin, which are ours! Since there is no money instead of paying us or paying us a pittance after an auction, then we give up the land.

The law requires us to be % to proposal.AS we are classified as "regular credit", we need a lot of contracts (firms) .Between 500-900.
The exact figures can be calculated once we have the report.

We need many contracts but if we work together is possible.
In Spain we are organizing very well.You must do so in your city.And join us.
Here we are in a day and more than 100!

if we do not make the  proposal , the fland will go to auction and hopefully we will see 20-30% of our money.

How to do it?

some "pioneers" delivered the proposal to open future annexations.
or, for operational reasons to centralize it all in one person, a lawyer, and to submit it, and thus we are cheaper (the cost of the attorney distributed to all come out a few euros)

The association founded in October 2009 that representing the interests of
all the affected customers with no hidden or particular interests is again
on.

The possibility of having our money back is impossible due to the actual
status of Trampolin Company.

We are fighting for a long time to obtain the land and the housing project
as a payment for the given money.

We have to be a big number to have strength enough and being able to obtain
it and that’s why we need you to join us in order to assert your rights

Many of you can’t travel here so we are redacting a document in order to
represent you in the negotiations. You have to sign it and include a copy of
your ID card.

This document won’t commit you in anything. It just allows us negotiating in
your name and if we win, you will be owner of a percentage of the housing
