Property management and visit

Hi guys,

We have an Eagle on M14 and are looking for someone to manage it for us as we live in the UK.  Ultimately we'd like to rent the house out on a long term rental but not sure the state of the market at the moment.

We're coming over from 1 - 5 November so it would be good to hear from anyone about management before that so that we can arrange to meet up.

Also if there's anyone living on M14 who'd be happy to meet up that would be great too.  We're a bit worried that the cellar may have flooded and us not know about it!!!!  Saw a posting in September from Kathy and Bob asking about flooding on M14 but not sure if they got a reply so do please let us know if you know anything useful.

We have just moved out of an Eagel about 3 weeks ago on M14.7 and I know all the residents along M14 and I can asure you that all the Eagel basements are fine.
