hi there

were  buying in phase 3 football side, and have been told that our apartment 51 is finished, but the pavement is not.

can anyone let us know what is happening, as we are desperate to take our apartment. is it livable, can we get to our apartment on the first floor with furniture?

atlas dont tell us much, and thats me being POLITE !!!!!

Hi Karen and Mark, we have friends that live on that side in the first phrase if you email me I can give you their phone number and they should be able to help we were their in Nov and it did look a bit of a mess then, but would have thought they might have finished by now.    We are on phrase 2 and we completed  in Nov. hi, this is margaret and sam, have been staying in apartment block for 10 days now, all round building and pool the pavements have been dug up, boards are put down to get into apartments as a 3-4 feet deep trrench is all round building, the dust and dirt is terrible, apparantly the electric cables put in were not strong enough and the local "council" have made them dig every one up and they are now in the process of laying new cables and making a lot of mess at the same time. we are here another week, then we are coming back early march to sign for our apartment "we hope" in phase 3,hope by then everything is finished.

Thanks for the latest on-site update. Lesley & I have badgered ATLAS into giving us a completion date in the last week of February. They weren't happy about passing the apartment with the pavements being dug up, but we were really strapped for a time when we could come out to sign up. I hope we'll see lots of happy faces when we're finally "moved in"!

hi all who are waiting in phase 3, the electric cables are nearly all in and the men are now starting to fill in the trenches. at the moment it is windy and there is dust everywhere but we think it should all be finished in the next couple of weeks, we are hoping to come out again at the end of feb or early march, we leave here on friday but it is so annoying as we have seen our apartment and it is finished. so if atlas had got there finger out we could have signed this time. good luck to all and hope to meet some of you in feb/march.

Hi All,

We have an apartment in phase 1 and are going to be there at the end of March.  Surprised to read about the digging up of the pavements as we have heard nothing from our community administrator and President/Vice President.

Can anyone comment on the pool area?  When I was last there in October I thought it looked as though the builder had rushed to complete it and that it would not be long before it looked very tatty.  Any comments? 

Hope you can take possession of your apartments soon so that we can all meet up and get things done to make the place as good as possible.
