Hi Margaret & Sam (and everyone else still waiting)
Thanks for the latest on-site update. Lesley & I have badgered ATLAS into giving us a completion date in the last week of February. They weren't happy about passing the apartment with the pavements being dug up, but we were really strapped for a time when we could come out to sign up. I hope we'll see lots of happy faces when we're finally "moved in"!

Hi there fellow patient waiters,
I have just had an e-mail from ATLAS to say that our apartment (phase 3, Ground floor, Football pitch side) has been released to them for inspection etc. Our fingers are now crossed for the next stage.

We have been told by ATLAS that 4th December is the date that the builder is due to hand over our property to them for their inspection, but that it is not definite. However, when we were over in Formentera two weeks ago, our place (phase III, ground floor on the football pitch side) looked pretty close to completion. Keeping our fingers crossed in the mean time!

We had an e-mail from ATLAS yesterday to say that they had been advised that our apartment in phase three, facing the football pitch, should be released in early December. Fingers crossed!

Thanks for posting the photo's, we are buying down at the phase three end, facing the football pitch. We are still awaiting an update from ATLAS on the progress but judging by your pictures I guess January seems more realistic than November.
