Hi All,

We have an apartment in phase 1 and are going to be there at the end of March.  Surprised to read about the digging up of the pavements as we have heard nothing from our community administrator and President/Vice President.

Can anyone comment on the pool area?  When I was last there in October I thought it looked as though the builder had rushed to complete it and that it would not be long before it looked very tatty.  Any comments? 

Hope you can take possession of your apartments soon so that we can all meet up and get things done to make the place as good as possible.

We have the 2nd floor apartment overlooking the farm and swimming pool and took some photos of the progress on 22nd October.  Photos posted to this site.  Met someone who is buyiing an attic apartment at the other end of the block and he expects to move in in January 2007.  I must admit, there doesn't seem to be a great deal of change since my last visit in June.  Perhaps most of the work has been on the inside.
