Can someone enlighten me where the Town Hall of Campos del Rio stands in all this. They would have had to be deaf blind and stupid to have not known properties were being sold at Trampolin Hills WITHOUT planning. Another FRAUD case!! I think so!!

Been to the Head Office [that was presumably!!!] today. Receptionist says what was written in the Informer is true and TH is in receivorship. She says she doesn't work for TH!!!! And that the office is not TH!! Knows nothing wants to know nothing!!! There was a man sitting there we have seen many times at that office.

A week ago same Receptionist said that TH was to get final paperwork Friday [6th] and building would start at Campos del Rio in a month. She also said they had started building in Mula!!! 

I wonder how much she gets paid to sit and lie???

Once again referred to their Lawyer!!!

I have just been looking back at posts made in the last few weeks!!

Sadly, I think,we all have to THINK,  we may all lose our money. BUT..... if.... we all at some point, say enough is enough and take SPAIN to the EU     BECAUSE.... Spain is at fault for allowing building to continue WITHOUT the necessary permissions AND Trampolin Hills is a classic case!!

I think it is time we all considered that there has been showhouses, offices and a cafe at the Trampolin Hills site at Campos del Rio for how long???? 3 years minimum!!! It had to be well known by the local Council, so why was nothing done about the fact that planning had not been granted?????

Yet another article in the ' Informer'  a local free paper here in the Costa Calida. Issue No 156.

Saying that an urbanization including a golf course, shopping centre, and hotels in Campos del Rio have presented to the council final plans which should be approved and construction begin!!! Also saying not the fault of the council but of Grupo Trampolin!!! What a surprise!!!!

We wait and see[again]!!!The Informer does mention discontent amongst buyers!!! I cannot understand why!!!!!!
