En relación con las reparaciones necesarias para el proyecto de Trampolin Hills Golf Resort nos gustaría informarle de que
ahora se ha dado información de que esas reparaciones se han realizado y aprobado por el colegio de arquitectos y se han enviado al Ayuntamiento de Campos del Río listo para comprobar que después de su regreso de las vacaciones de Navidad y con el fin de que este Ayuntamiento debe ahora organizar la próxima reunión para aprobar definitivamente el proyecto después de haber sido aprobado provisionalmente en noviembre.
Esto una vez terminado debe permitir la construcción de obras en el proyecto en la primera parte de 2009

In relation to the repairs needed for the project of Trampolin Hills golf resort we would like to inform you that

now we had been given information that those repairs have now been made and approved by the architects college and have now been sent to the council of Campos del Rio  ready for them to check after their return from the Christmas holidays and in order that this council should now arrange the next meeting

in-order to definitely approve the project after it had been provisionally approved in November.

This once completed should enable building works on the project to be started in the first part of 2009.

Hi there,

I am new to this method of communication and I treid the other day to respond.

will try again.

Been up to Campos Del Rio recently and it looks as if some work has begun. Did not have my camera this time but will go back shortly with it and see if anything is going on.

We are "buying" on Royal Dream so any progress anywhere is good news. Please let me know if this noe is picked up and if anyone has more information. Do not live far from both sites so can review now on a regular basis.

Even though we are interested in the action group, we are more interested in the building progress as we are still very keen on settling into our retirement home at Trampolin hills so any info you can find out  and any photos of progress would be more than appreciated. Hopefully a lot of you out there are still of a like mind.

Thanks for your reply. I take it you live in Uk. As mentioned I live in Murcia now and will keep you up to date with any progress on both sites. Like you all I am really interested in is getting my new house finished and in my case being able to use the golf course.

Hi Mel

We definately need to send as much positive waves as possible to get this Development started. I am also in the mood for building...and welcome to the forum.

I joined the forum a while ago and we have been through loads of discussions regarding to wait for the building to start or to go for a trial.

However, we have now discussed to start a process for a trial IF the building does not start around 15. january - and we then need to have some proof that the building will actually start and not just promises.

I would also like to point out that the unfortune that has "haunted" this development feels like a "never ending story" and the patience has almost been worn out from time to time.

I hope that you could be able to put in some observations from your visits in this forum. That could really make a difference,

I am very much for to finalise the building - and I really look forward to see some progress in the building process.

And finally: I sense that there is really progress in the building-approval process.
GT have now corrected (for the third time) some issues in the application and the road is open with no visible obstacles

Thanks for replying! You can be sure that I will be keeping a close eye on both Trampolin Hills and Royal Dream from now on and as I have this forum will be letting everyone who wishes to read my notes know . I will try and also post any photos that I can get on any changes to both sites.

I am not too familiar with type of communication and it may takes me a bit of time to find my way around the sites as there seem to be quite a few different areas to find information.

You may have seen that I have tried to post things in different areas becuase of this.

please keep in touch and I will do same. My deposit monies have been with them for over a year and I cannot continue to sit and do nothing. so will be pestering them face to face on a regular basis. I will also be revisiting the Ayuntamientos of both Albudeite and Campos del Rio to see what they now have to say as the last time I went to Albudeite thay informed me that all permissiond had been granted.
