Just thought I would share this mail that arrived from Viva's Shirin Sharifi.

"All specifications and plans presented to you were taken from and provided directly by the Developer.
Viva played no part in any change in specifications or materials used.
Any issues with respect to these matters should be taken up directly with the Developer".
