I went up to the MHV development on boxing day and took lots of photos. All of the blocks are complete with doors windows and render but there are still many fittings to be installed. There is also much work to be completed yet around each apt block. Drainage pipes, patios, paths the garage access and much landscaping etc.The swimming pool is installed as is the concrete base for the tennis court. I would estimate it will be a couple of months at least before its all completed and ready for occupation?
Of course it could be several months after before the licence of occupation is issued by the Ojen Council! Remember you DO NOT have to complete your purchase until this certificate is issued and water and electricity is connected to the official suppliers of these services.
