I have been waiting for ages for someone to talk about Duquesa Regent. We bought a flat there about 18 months ago and they are beautiful apartments. When we go there we never see anyone to talk to about the community or else we have been so busy. This holiday will be no exception as we have changed banks and have to notify all the utllities in person ( thank goodness my husband speaks Spanish ) .
To my knowledge the wall has not been repaired yet as there is some dispute with the developer ( isn't there always) . We are angry that the maintenance fees were increased to pay for the security guards but when we went out there in May they were a phanthom . We have a new Presidente whom I have never seen , apart from that Terry and his gang do a go job making the place look nice . I think he is still there as we did not see him in May.
Have a look at the apartments - they are really lovely. We looked at loads but we always came back to DR even although I did not like the hill - positivley hated it in fact , but I succumbed due ot the beauty of the views and the sheer size of the rooms .We love it .
