Hi,

Having taken posession of our new apartment,with which we are delighted ,we are interested in whether the Community arrangements which have been put in place,presumably by the developers,are considered adequate by fellow residents or whether some additional representation,perhaps by residents who are on site permanently,should be considered.As we are going to be visiting only sporadically the chances of our attending meetings are going to be hit and miss,but we would certainly be happy for our views to be represented.

Any idea what the current postition is regarding the valuation of the complex?

We bought off plan in 2002 for 2004 completition and we are still waiting, I haven't been over for several months and the last time I visited I met a charming Scottish lady who seemed to be the only resident -- is the complex now occupied?

We would prefer to do a resale prior to occupation and have been dealing with Great Estates who seem to be atypical of Spanish Eastate Agents "all talk and no action"!!!

Also if you have successfully completed what was the final valuation, I have a two bedroom first floor apartment in Block two and I have yet to actually stand on the balcony despite investing £30g five years ago -- did the deal through Royal Marbella -- and therein lies another story of woe!!!
