Completed !

Hi All,

Just to let you know we completed on our block 11 penthouse today ! Had to complete with no COH in the end as we have plans in place for furnishing, etc. Look forward to meeting the neighbours !

We can now launch the official branch of the Man U supporters Club (Condado Branch)!!

Seriously though, good luck with the furniture sourcing etc.  It's hard work, but worth all the hassle in the end. Look forward to having a beer with you soon.

Congratulations Kevin & Elaine you won't regret it, if you could form the reds supporters club towards the far end of the resort as I was hoping to keep the rif-raf out!!!

As the others said, you won't regret it.  Come  the summer, you will be so glad you went without the COA and your furnishing is complete, leaving you plenty of time to soak up the sun and watch everyone else rushing round like crazy people.

We also completed without COH on advice from our solicitor back on the 1st December 2009, we are in P1136, we have just returned last night from a week in Condado and must admit we did see a lady going into apartment 1115 when we returned from one of our shopping trips.
We did meet up with your neighbours who are Belgian and very nice, hope to see you some day.
