We are now only a matter of weeks away from selling our UK property, Can I ask please,
Once we get over to Torre [masa hotel] for the four days, on completion of all the work done i.e. NIE / Residencia apprved, paperwork stamped etc, are we likely to be in our Quad around the same time, or do we have to wait a while, I believe utilities will take a further couple of days. but in essence how long will it take from the completion of the paperwork to us getting in our home, our mortgage is already being considered. and are there any hidden problems via your exerience we may expect, many thanks.
