What kind of kids do we have out here both permanent and visitors

I and a friend have had to shut the personal parking gates for the bungalows in block 5.6.and 7 just about every day for the last few months. The kids and it is the kids  think that they can climb the fences and open the gates at will. In my book is breaking in with intent you could say its only kids, but what if they fall as they climb on your fence and furniture and mammy puts a claim against you?

I have spoken to Taray and they said they are sold and are not there property and problem.

I would put forward that  when you next come over get a chain and a padlock and stop the gate being able to be opened or as we know some other people will also help them selves to your unguarded patio furniture.

Excellent idea Mick.

I have seen in other developments that gates are kept closed with bike locks. Either combination or keys.

As for the vandals - if they break a leg or two at least they will be off the streets for a few months and therefore less vandalism.
