Whoops Apocalypse

Well the world economy is going to hell in basket so it's not surprising there are problems in CNGG but we dont exist in a vacum.

Well we were in Calanova for July and I have to say the place was lovely. The grounds are verty well maintained, except the outside lifts were not switched on, otherwise it was great. The weather was fantastic and the evening breeze helps keep the place bareable for sleeping. The golf course is in great shape I just wish they would build the clubhouse.

Nobody ever posts on this community site anymore - glad to hear there are people out there behind all those apartments. Was out in June myself for 2 weeks and again in sept for a few days. Great to get the weather. Golf course does look great even though I don't play my twin boys 19yrs do and love it.  Good to meet ya....

Hi nice to know you, I visited my apartment in this Aug, in Block 5, weather was lovely during Aug., also I have joined our community committee meeting. the orginizer by CASTRO & TTRADO by  Pilar Castro Fernandez, If our resident's association would like to suggest our committee, anyone could contact 952588670      cheers !!!

Has anyone in Grand Golf received their IBI bill yet. Went down to the office in La Cala in September and the apartments were not listed due to them being quite new. Said to ring in November but I've lost the number. Just wondering if anyone has any up to date info ?

Got an early xmas present today!

Bills for the IBI /basura tax  and the income tax.

The IBI will be debited from all our bank accounts in the new year and the outstanding bill which is now due from the date you completed until the 31st December will have interest added on.
