Roof Terrace Furniture

Hi,

We are due over to Condado in May for the first time since we went over to sign for the keys in Jan and one of the things we didnt have time to look for in Jan was a roof terrace dining table and 6 chair set, anyone know of any local places that have decent quality sets (Metal or Rattan) and can deliver same day or at least next day?

All help appreciated.

We were over at Easter and managed to get a really nice black metal table and six chairs (ex display). a huge parasol and base for 475E from Polaris World Garden Centre who are goning into liquidation.

Because they are so busy now, they have a backlog on deliveries, but we managed to get it back to our apartment taking two trips in our rented estate car.

How do you know that PW garden centre is in Liquidation? We visited it at Easter and it doesn't look like it's closing down. Yes it had liquidation on the windows but I think this might mean that they are having a sale, but not sure. Maybe someone can enlight us.  They had garden furniture but not that cheap and they had no sunloungers that weren't under 500euros.  Plenty of plant pots on sale though

We are adding to our garden furniture with the Ikea range thats now available. We checked it out in the UK store then ordered it via flatpaxabia.com (who we have used before) and they are going to deliver it on the day we arrive.

So... no shopping in Spain and immediate delivery! Bargain!

Hope you are all well.

The young English chap who served us and was by the way very helpful told us that the store is closing down as soon as all the stock is gone. He didn't seem too bothered as he explained that the Jobseeker's Allowance in Spain is very good, and he could have quite a while off before he needed to look for another job.

Worth a look in Brico in Campasol. We got a really nice set for the small terrace at the front in March. They seemed to have quite a good & broad range.
