We went to snagg our apartment on monday 13th April. We we shocked at what seems to be the careless finish of the apartment.We should have signed the next day but we wouldn't sign because there was far too many faults with it.
Some were small and some considerably bigger, rangeing from rough grouting and lots of scratches on the doors to enamel chips in the bath and scratching on the powder coating on both sets of patio doors.
It wa unbeliveable to expect us to snagg / check the place out with out any electric or water on , so it impossible to know if any lights or electric appliances work ! the same for the water couldnt even tell if the toilets work! To expect us to check the bathroom in darkness was silly,
We wont be signing now until the end of May now at the earliest ..... we will see
