Hi Guys, I have just joined this web site and would like to thank all those who have contributed to the articles as they are a very interesting read.
I was one of those naive investors who was sold a story in the hope of making a fast buck. I paid E271,000 inc IVA for my penthouse appt and have regretted it ever since. Exchange Rate, Interest Rate, Poor quality finish etc etc etc.
But I am not here to cry about it as many people have already stated overall its a great development in a great location so I just want to make the most of a bad investment so I intend to rent it out and use it myself.
After last years bookings I know I will have potential clients I cannot cater for this summer and will pass the referrals onto you guys.
