 Hi All

We seem to hear lots on the development threads regarding the fights for justice and while important this is only part of very complex issues.

NOW. I think its the owners that have completed time . I think its the time for those that may wish to complete but cant or wont because of one issue THE LEGAL DOCUMENTATION

How much longer are we going to be held in limbo while Rome burns.1 Year-2 Years-5 Year

Why don’t they sort the legals .

AT LEAST GIVE US WHAT WE PAID FOR OR SOME THAT MAY BE WILLING TO PAY FOR .( LEGALS PROPERTIES )

AT LEAST THEN WE CAN HAVE MORE  CONTROL OF OUR OWN DESTINY.

FOR ONE I AM GETTING FED UP TO SAY THE LEAST AS THERE ARE ENOUGH PROBLEMS AROUND WITHOUT THIS FARCE.

The licenses would bring so much relief to so many on a very good development like this , like many has a cloud hanging over it.

Mr James

i quite agree . you can't find anthing out. no one knows any time table or what is happening . perhaps someone over in la reserva could ask in the office or at the town hall in marbella. we asked at las chapas town hall and they new nothing. there is a revised plan on the wall. the new road down the wall from the roundabout seems to have been deleted. the whole of la reserva is maked as an established urbinisation       that could be good news. who knows

PGOU. Hopefully there weren't too many people sucked in by the greed of those owners and lawyers attempting to make money from those who doubted the truth.

PGOU.

Hopefully there haven't been too many people sucked in by the greed of certain owners and lawyers trying to take advantage of those who were in doubt.

Sounds like the end is in sight of this rediculous  battle over the town plan. We still have to wait till OCTOIBER!!!!!!!!!! for thew Junta to decide, who's betting they want to change it again and so the process goes on.

At least in the days of brown envelopes stuffed with cash things happened, the junta have sat back for years and done nothing.

The lawyers and courts have run everyone in circles searching for justice .... and got nowhere. Peoples life savings, dreams, retirement plans are all tied up in this mess its not good enough for people to be treated like this in a EU member state, and no one in authority seems to care or wants to change the system

Does anyone know if we get to see an individual license.

LETS HOPE WE CAN BOOK THAT PARTY SOON

BEST WISHES EVEYONE JAMES

Hello James,

We were told that each block is given the licence not individual owners.

We are as cynical as you regarding October I'm afraid, heard it all before.

Let's hope we are wrong.

We will have to keep our fingers crossed, still reading about the farce at Afios i believe we must count ourselfs lucky, hopefully in time things will recover......the only problem is how the spanish system treats people and the lack of common law... .

best wishes  james
