Has anyone had their deposit returned who was in Phase 4? Our lawyer states that unless we seek legal regress, in this financial recession ,we have no chance of recovering the 4000Euros ( we have been trying unsuccessfully for 19 months) . Why should this company keep our money when it was their fault we never took up residence in the first place( not sure if Phase 4 is even built yet)
If there are any other people who have not had their deposit retured then perhaps we could carry out a collective legal challenge to Preisuer . I hate leaving them the depsost but I also do not want to pay out any large legal fees. We sure could do with the Euros.
