google owners group

so much for the google  owners group being a  valuable source of information for buyers. it might as well be defunct as only a few post there, most have been put off by the group managers censorship. its such a shame that a good resource to buyers has been wrecked by a  few. what happened to the several court cases in march? the builder has suceeded in dividing and conqering and ultimately doing what they please. so once again congratulations to the managers of google groups ltr owners for their sterling work in helping the builders run roughshed over  us all.

Why are you such an arsehole? ................. Just get on with your own sad little life without trying to get everybody elses back up.

Sorry - don't know who you are but we have obviuosly met - I did not mean to insult you but I'm just sick of all the negativity you spread on these sites. It's like you are trying to make the nightmare everyone is sufering worse. You are certainly not helping the situation or trying to give people hope(You may not intentionally be meaning to do this - but you are). You have made your decision to do as suits you with selecting another property rather than persue a refund. People who selected to persue their money back are now in the process of doing so in the way they feel best and don't need or want you stirring thing up

All I ask is for you to think about the potential effect your comments are having on peoples hopes before you post

ian whether you like it or not im entitled like everyone  else to my opinion. that has been the problem. for too long people on other sites shouted people down for being so called negative. but guess what? all the negative people where right, and if everyones opinions and ideas had been channeled properly then we all would have been in a stronger position to resolve this. sometimes ian its the truth that hurts not other peoples opinions.
