the la tercia google groups forum is a joke. the group manager is an agent, the past manager done a deal with the developer and jumped ship, there mates are plying for business and anyone who queries what is happening are being told there negative, even though the development is now doomed. i am advising all owners to be careful of this group as they have mislead everone from the start. there is some good honest people who post there but beware of the small click of minipulators. anyone who has any queries or concerns contact me.
