Direct pension payment

I've just found this BB and pretty good it is too.

I live at P.B. and it is very frustrating that nothing is being done ( Ray and I can moan for Europe on the subject !!!! )

If some people are over this month why don't we arrange a resident's meeting, list the points and present them to the illusive developer ???? We have to kick start them into action otherwise we could be left with a white elephant....

Hi Garth, Glad you found this site.  Just name a place, date and time and Ray and I will be there.  (If the weather is good how about up by the Chirringeto)  We suggest it is before the 2nd January, because that is when a lot will be going back home.

Hi every body

I am a spanish owner and I am in contac with another spanish owners. We basically agree with you in the sense that the promoter has not concluyed his work, and that PB could be a great place to stay if some efforts to improve garden, and others public services (bar, minimarket, etc) are made. In the next comunity meeting we want to uniffy criteria among all owners and take the aproppiate mesures to make sure that problems will be solved
