bathroom lights penthouses

Can anyone tell us if one of the lights in the bathroom of the penthouse is a wall light or a ceiling light?

There are 2 lights in the bathroom.  One is a celing light and the other is a wall light above the sink.  We got a spotlight to put there to shine down onto the mirror.

Our penthouse has two ceiling lights - we have fitted a recessed spot in one and a spot light pointing down to the mirror in the other (it is above the sink). Both are in the ceiling.

Thanks for your replies. Looks like we'll have to check when we come out as it may be either a ceiling or wall light in  the bathroom of  our apartment.(Block 2). It may have depended on the mood of the electrician at the time!!

A word of caution!

In our penthouse (ground floor Block 6) one ceiling point and one wall point above the basin were fitted, whereas the show penthouse in Block 10 had two ceiling points and no point above the basin.  The point above the basin is a problem as it is very close to the water pipes that go up from the basin rather than down.  Our fitters drilled into a pipe (fortunately plastic) and this also happened to another owner on the 3rd floor.
