Penthouse Habitacion Certificates and moving of call centre

Hi guys

Just to let you know that today the call centre and snagging office has moved on Condado. They are now situated in the new sales office.

We also learnt today that blocks 1-4 of the penthouses have had their final inspection for the habitaction certificates so these will hopefully be issued shortly. The inspectors are conducting the inspections in blocks of 4 at a time so 5-8 will be next on their list.

Hi Emma,

Thanks for this update. I thought they would issue COHs from Block 1 onwards. We are in Block 16 and concerned about when we might get ours.

Can you keep us posted when you hear any further info.
