Any one still waiting for a refund on lar sol, here is a bit of good news. Grupo Lar the developer have agreed a loan and are just waiting for a signature from Morgan Stanley. This should be sorted within the next two weeks. The Bank of Spain have stated that some banks and insurance companies are acting illegally and money should be refunded without any further delay as long as the cancellation criteria have been met. The main one being the completion date not being met, which in the Lar Sol case is never. For those who have been told that you don't have a guarantee, this is rubbish as all off plan developments should come with one by law. I will post more news as it comes.
