          Check with your lawyer regarding completion dates. The developer only has a certain time from the forcast date to actual occupation dates. My property was due for completion last Summer but will not be ready now till December 2008, which meant a reduction in the final price or they had to refund the deposit plus compensation, plus legal interest, which is around 6% p.a. I chose to go for the refund as my circumstances have changed. Also property prices are plummeting, so go for the refund if you can. The fun part then is trying to get your money back. Good luck.

I am going to make a pest of myself. I have also written to their backers Morgan Stanley threatening them with the O.F.T., F.S.A. and legal action.
