The completion for Lar Sol is now December 2008. I was offered my deposit back in September last year. This was to include 6% legal interest plus 50% compensation. The developers backers Morgan Stanley said no and offered 12% but this has now been reduced to 5%. My lawyer now wants 9000euros to take them to court, not only for the compensation, but for my deposit, which is being held by an insurance company who don't seem to want to part with it. I think it's all a big con myself. The developers seem to think they can get away with it.
