We have now carried out a number of inspections on this site and we are able to provide byers with a buyers guide and questions for the developer, and sample reports for properties in R 2, R 3, and R6
The general quality of the build is very good and we are fining fewer defects that we would normally expect to find in these types of properties
The properties still have no Certificate of Habitation and are on builders supply and you shuld be carefull when driivng around as the top surfaces of the roads have not been laid so the man hole covers stick up
