Replacing our grass & gravel area with tiles & possible pergola

Hi All

I am wondering if there is anyone that can help me. We have a ground floor apartment & we are considering extending our patio area to replace the grass & gravel areas, which I feel just looks messy.

When I was last over, I noticed that a couple of owners had also incorporated a pergola option, which looks great. I would love to talk to someone who has already carried out this work to chat through any pros & cons & to get a realistic idea of costs for just tiling, (using the same tiles that Polaris have used), and also if we were to incorporate a pergola.

It appears that a charge per square meter is the standard way of quoting, but any info & advice would be appreciated, including any recommendations for someone to carry out this work.

Hi Jan,
A friend of mine has a town house at la torre and was quoted 100 euros per m2, being a builder here i find the rates aren,t
all that cheap over there, maybe i should start a buisness over there, if you want the builders number i can send it to you
