Hi, on checking our link, everything seems to have gone quiet, hope everyone is well, has anyone been to visit La Aparecida recently? Is there much progress to report?

We are going out in a couple of weeks, not been out since May so hopefully we will see a big difference, but if anyone could kindly update us we would very much appreciate it.

I believe there are fiesta's in September in La Aparecida do any of you know the dates?

hi we were out in october when we bought apartment 7 in phase 3 it seems to be coming on well, so if anyone else was going out it would be nice to see how they were coming on as we will not be over now untill completion in march, if you could email us a pic it would be great, look forward to hearing from anyone who has been over since we were, i think phase 2/3 will be finnished about the same time by the look of them when we were out. look forward to hearing back and to see any recent pics thany you tony and gabby

We, John & Vicky from York, have just returned from La Aparecida. We bought penthouse no.15 in phase 3 in September and thought we would have a couple of weeks holiday at Alan's apartment to check on progress and sort out Spanish wills, bank accounts etc. As far as we could tell the pool had been tiled, rear grilles fitted and the outside plastering was well on the way. We were pleased with what we saw so far including the finished products in phase 1. Esther intimated that they were on target to complete in March 2007. We have some photos of the the 'state of play' at the time we left if anyone is interested. We love the village and think the backdrop of the mountains is just spectacular.

Hi, we are paul and Julia, we are from Newcastle. We are buying a penthouse on phase 3 too. It is good to hear it is going well. We have to arrange to go over to sort wills and stuff out in a few weeks. Are there any photos showing the current state of play?

Chris (& Mike) from York here - we have a place on phase 1 and spent New Year and first two week of January in La Aparecida.  We had a marvellous time - weather was perfect - blue skies and sunny every day although chilly in the shade and at night but it didnt stop us having bbqs on the solarium and getting a bit of a tan!

We took the opportunity of having a good look round the other phases and they really are coming along quickly now.  Cranes have gone, most of the outside plastering is done and they were tidying up the road and greenland opposite.  Would think March is a feasible finishing date. 

We're back in March so hopefully will meet some of you!

We have no 5 block II just returned from the site on February the 20th still some electrical work to do and outside building work. But indications are it wiil be ready 1st March can't wait
