We, John & Vicky from York, have just returned from La Aparecida. We bought penthouse no.15 in phase 3 in September and thought we would have a couple of weeks holiday at Alan's apartment to check on progress and sort out Spanish wills, bank accounts etc. As far as we could tell the pool had been tiled, rear grilles fitted and the outside plastering was well on the way. We were pleased with what we saw so far including the finished products in phase 1. Esther intimated that they were on target to complete in March 2007. We have some photos of the the 'state of play' at the time we left if anyone is interested. We love the village and think the backdrop of the mountains is just spectacular.
