We have just received a call from Sonia at Peninsula who informs us that Peninsula are no longer the developer for El Balcon, the new developer is "Malaga Haendel", we don't have any other info at this time but we are all to receive confirmation of this, together with details of their Lawyers. I take this is goodish news, hopefully things will start to happen. Any further news I will post it here.
