Hi
At La Entrada we have had issues with obtaining Sky programmes recently through various suppliers including Torresat and Telemicro. Therefore I wrote to BSkyB and I have now obtained the official response from BSkyB Corporate HQ in the UK as follows word for word:
****Start
Many thanks for your enquiry.
We authorise the reception of Sky TV in the UK and Ireland only and our Terms and Conditions expressly prohibit reception elsewhere in Europe. If we have evidence that a viewing card is being used outside the UK or Ireland for personal or commercial use, we switch it off.
Additionally, as we do not have any distribution deals in place with other mainland European broadcasters, any service that rebroadcasts Sky channels does so without authorisation. In these instances, local enforcement authorities may decide to take action against those providers.
Aside from Sky News, Sky doesn’t provide any of its channels to TV platforms outside of the UK.
This is because Sky acquires programming rights for the UK and Ireland only. Many content owners sell their rights on a country by country basis.
Therefore broadcasters in other countries, including Spain, will have the local rights to many of the content assets that we have for the UK (sports, movies etc.).

****End
It seems very unlikely we will be able to receive SKY programmes certainly for the foreseeable future.
