Try visiting Hacienda Riquelme and La Tercia (both off the 3319)which are both under construction at the moment - both situated in the campo but a very pleasant area.

You sure you don't work for Polaris World?! Can't believe you said Corvera was a waste of time! We found it beautiful, tranquil, relaxing .....and yes we have bought! It's got the best of both worlds being close to Murcia and not too far from the beach, will have a Championship golf course, double the space of Roda...., 10  mins from future International Airport, what more could you want?

Sorry , I just had to stick up for what we think is a very special place even though there is not much built as yet, it will be amazing.

the golf course at corvera is to be up to competition standard according to their own litrature and not championship as you have stated on the last posting.

there is a hugh different betweem competition standard and championship standard.

I to have bought at corvera and as i say all the litrature i have from corvera implies competition standard, sorry to disapoint.

some agents have advertised champiomship but they would wouldnt they, im hoping when the course is finished it will still be a good test of golf.

if you have any information regarding your comments regarding championship standard from corvera i would be very interested  hearing from you.

the only new course that is of championship standard is Hacienda del alamo which is not to far away from Corvera

There is another new course now open on the south side of Los Alcazares, LA SIRENA.

The course and  club house looks fantastic with far more water than Roda B&GR.

We did not have time to play this course, so not sure of the rating. Green fee 65 euro.

To all you who have purchased on Roda did you experience similar dealys with your development. Should we be getting stresssed about all the bull we are being fed or sit it out a while longer. I think the delays are at least 6 months now - if not longer for some. Those one phase 1 are probably longer. Calidona plan to build phase 1 &2 together (or so they say) 

You lot are further down the line with your dealing with Calidona - have you generally completed on time?

Please see our post on De Vere hotel thread. Roda has been 9-12 months behind in general on all phases, and with the clubhouse and hotel. Corvera looked great when we looked at it, we are sure it will be worth waiting for.
