Hubby and I put our deposit down 3 years ago and have made 3 stage payments. Information from both Huma and the agents is not readily forthcoming... they seem to have their heads buried in the sand.
I'm sure a good Christmas will be had by all spending OUR hard earned money.
The trouble with this development now is that people have waited so long that when they hear the build will start in a couple of months they wait ....then its another couple of months... then another, then another, etc.
Enough is enough for us now. Patience has run out. If it's still stalemate by the end of January, we will (under the terms of the contract) recoup all our finances and move on.
