I visited site on 25th June and before that I visited Brico Depot to have a look at DIY etc materials, see pics uploaded for those interested, including suitable shower doors for apartments shower unit. Brioco depot easy approx 15 - 20 mins from Iznalloz just off junction 23 of the A-44 motorway. Pics show light fittingd curtain rails, built in wardrobes and shower cubicles etc. for those interested. I also have included pics of Mirador development for those interested and remainder of Balcones.
PS, woody the water was warm. There wasn't suitable changing facility so I only had a paddle, chickened out from swimming. The poolside tiles were very hot and glad to get my feet in the water after walking on them!
I have a list of 16 snagging items for our townhouse and key items to be aware of are flaking pint on room walls, door defects, window defects and grouting of sun terrace tiles. I also heard a bird that had got stuck in the duct from the kitchen extract to the roof terrace and this included a pot type cowl that the bird was able to get through. i believe this to be a design issue and needing a mesh fitting inside the cowl to prevent access to birds etc. i advised Eli and the duct referred is on all houses and apartments, so be warned.
