What's positive about living in Spain?????

Hi all at Areanl Golf, I hope you don't mind me gatecrashing your forum, I have completed on an apartment in Arenal Duquesa.  Every thing is fine and I am pleased with my purchase, however, we were promised on early completion an it was legally written into the contract that Arenal would give us a free TV.  I completed in Jan 08 and to date, I as well as other puchasers have not received the TV's.  Is this something you were promised and  received?  We are continually given excuses why we have not recceived the TV's and  I am begining to wonder if it is just a con to get us to complete early.

Although we have not yet received our TV, we completed on March 14th, we know several people who have. My neighbour had a 37" Philips TV delivered to her in mid May, two months after she had completed. We've been quite laid back until now but are beginning to get quite angry, as when we have contacted the supplier ,we've been told this afternoon or tomorrow on each occasion. We have now started emailing the person in Prienesur Post Sales over here in the hope of seeing some action.

Please don't apologise for invading our forum as we've invaded yours on a couple of occasions.

Thanks for the reply maybe I will contact solicitor tomorrow and see if he can chase the TV up.

I was promised a tv and got it two months  after i moved in after many promised delivery  delays.
   when it was deliverd i asked the the delivery guy if every one was  getting one due to the completion delays .  He told me that only the first twenty five people to compleate would get one.
Well we have about 20 completions on phase 4  and i know of at least three people who compleated before me are still waiting for a tv may be the same rule will apply to your development .
myself i feel we should all get one for what the developers 15 month delays have cost us all .
keep on complaining and good luck
