Hi everyone,

Any news on Phase 4 Block 7?

We're block 7 as well,the last I heard from our solicitor was completion June/July.Prienesur are saying August but going on previous dates given by the sales office etc October might be more realistic!!! do in saying all of that there does seem to be a good effort in trying to finally complete the whole of phase 4.

When we visited 2 wks ago we were told that blocks 9, 10, and 11 will be build complete by 31st May, ocupation licence applied for 1st May which can take up to 90 days.

Blocks 6 7 and 8 build completed end of August, completions to take place end of October.
