ECONORENT CAR HIRE ****FUEL RIP OFF BEWARE*******

Heard on Friday that blocks 4 and 5 have their habitacion license granted. Anyone else been told this or could confirm it?

The barrier across the road in front of Block 4 is still in place , well it was the last time I was outside two hours ago,and I would expect this to have been moved up to in front of Block 6 if the licences had been granted for 4&5. A phone call from your lawyer to the Town Hall would be able to verify if the licences had been granted. 

As far as we can see, there is only evidence of occupation in a total of 19 apartments in Blocks 1, 2&3. I have no idea why completions are going so slowly. The only reason I can think of is that we're all still on builders electricity for which Prienesur is paying, but what that is costing ,in comparison to what they are losing in completion costs, must be minute.

We will post a message as soon as the barrier is moved up the road or we hear anything on the ground.

I take it your solicitor told you blocks 4+5 were granted their licence last Friday,as ken&jenny have said the barrier would have been moved but you could try emailing Nuria at the sales office nuria.galan@quermes.com. she told me during the week block 7 is due to be finished by August.
