Rajoy's salary used as an 'example' to highly-paid Eurocrats

PRESIDENT Mariano Rajoy was apparently left 'speechless' when his annual salary was used as an example of how Eurocrats could easily make cutbacks by starting with their wages.The recent EU summit meeting on the budget for 2014-2020 has been qualified as a 'total failure' by the financial media as member States were unable to agree on cutbacks for the period.
