The endless rescue work of Angie McCready, on the Costa Blanca

Angie moved to the Southern Costa Blanca inland from Alicante 9 years ago from the UK. She hadn't realized the plight of dogs here until she arrived. She was shocked, outraged, and felt she needed to do something. She was soon bottle feeding puppies that had been found dumped in bins, picking up strays from the street, and finding them new homes. Many didn't even go any further than Angie's home... She's a confirmed failed fosterer on more than one occasion. At the last count she has 11 ranging from quite small dogs to a Spanish Mastiff who is the gentlest dog ever.

Weʼre raising £500 to help Angie towards rescuing unwanted puppies in Spain!

Angie McCready is quite possibly one of the most awesome human beings I have had the pleasure of knowing.

Based in Spain, she has literally dedicated her life to the unwanted puppies and dogs that, without her help, would rot away in a pound or be thrown in the trash (quite literally might I add!) She is the difference between life and death for these dogs.

Angie and her husband have taken in, raised and found homes for hundreds of unwanted dogs over the years and rely completely on the kindness of others and their donations.

After only saying goodbye to no less than 12 healthy, happy, hand reared pups to their new forever homes last week, another litter need her help.

Angie has taken in a mum and her 6 puppies and desperately needs some funds to help with their veterinary and on going care.

Please consider making a donation, literally every penny will go to the dogs and means Angie can keep doing what she does best.

In Angie's words, these creatures are 'treasure, not trash'.

Thank you! 💜

Angoe desperately needed a rest after her last lot of pups left but she couldn't leave this mum and pups when no-one else came forward to help so please help her with the cost of caring for this family

I've followed Angie for years & have one of her rescued pups that had been dumped in a bin. He is a stunning, loving dog. If you can spare a few Euros, it's for such a worthwhile cause as every cent really does get spent on the animals. Thank you :-)
